Jill Napier is the Director of Publishing Administration for Music Row staple Ten Ten Music Group, where she oversees all music licensing, administration, contract negotiations, interactions with foreign subpublishers, etc. She obtained her bachelors degree from MTSU/RIM in 1999. She will be speaking about the current Copyright Royalty Board hearings on mechanical royalties, 360 publishing deals, as well as an informative question and answer session about life on Music Row.
